OK Flux 10.62 (Advanced Slag Release)

Förbättrad OK Flux 10.62 med utmärkt slagglossning och mycket starka korn. Skapar mycket smidiga svetssträngar, mjuka övergångar till grundmaterialet och konkava svetssträngar. Kan köras med höga svetsparametrar och samtliga SAW-processvarianter som Tandem, Twin, ICE, 3 eller 4-trådsprocesser, inklusive ” narrow gap ” svetsning. De starka kornen kan återvinnas flera gånger och mellanrummen mellan påfyllning av flussbehållaren kan förlängas. Störningar vid fluxåtervinning och dammbildning minimeras. Fluxkemi, mekaniska värden och klassificeringar för fluxet och alla kombinationer med de olika trådar är detsamma som för OK Flux 10.62 för att uppfylla de högsta krav på slagegenskaper, seghet vid låga temperaturer och CTOD-värden. Några exempel på användningsområdet för fluxet är Offshore-konstruktioner, tryckkärl, kraftproduktion, varvsindustri, pipe line, konstruktioner, transportindustrier etc. Pulvrets väteinnehål är det låga 5ml /100g eller 4ml /100g i BlockPack.
