OK Flux 10.71
OK Flux 10.71 är ett agglomererat basiskt svetspulver för pulverbågsvetsning. Det används för enkel- och fler strängsvetsning av alla plåttsjocklekar. Med de extremt goda svetsegenskaperna och svetsresultaten är OK Flux 10.71 en av marknadens mest använda svetspulver för pulverbågsvetsning. Det är utvecklat för singel- och flersträngssvetsning i alla förekommande plåttjocklekar. OK Flux 10.71 kan kombineras med en stor mängd solida- och pulverfyllda svetstrådar för pulverbågsvetsning och kan användas för alla sorters stålkvalitéer. OK Flux 10.71 kombinerar de goda slagseghetsvärdena med utmärkta svetsegenskaper. OK Flux 10.71 används för singel- och flertrådssvetsning såsom Tandem- svetsning, Twin- svetsning, Tandem- Twin- svetsning och många fler varianter. Den goda slagglossningen och begränsade legeringen av Si och Mn gör svetspulvret mycket lämpligt för flersträngsvetsning av tjocka fogsektioner samt Narrow Gap- svetsning då pulvret ger en mycket jämn och fin strängläggning även av fogkanterna. Svetsning är möjlig med såväl AC som DC. (Art nr 1071)
